Finished making the calico cat this afternoon. That link is to the completed cat; there are more process pictures before it, showing right and left sides and underneath before stuffing.

That calico cat is pieced. All I have to do now is iron in the padded interfacing and actually make the cat. Should be done by Thanksgiving if all goes well.

I finished the second blue/green calico that I started the beginning of the week. Below are it and the green tabby, flanking the navy tuxedo cat that I made last year. All three are the same basic pattern.

I just finished the blue/green calico cat I've been talking about. I can't get a picture that shows the green patches properly, because the tips of that fur are white so it washes out in the photos. It's a good color with the fur ruffled up, though. (Look at the left ear, the left hind leg, and the middle of the tail.)

It's going to have to be the longer fur. (But the other one's so pretty! *sniff*)

Morning, and I still haven't made up my mind about which green fur to use. I have come to the realization that it's a logic vs. emotion thing:

"*sigh* I really should use the one with the deeper pile."
               vs.
"But I wanna use the minty one! It's so pretty!"

Until I can resolve that, I'll be sewing blue to white, but that's all.
